No pronounciation scheme on hasPronounciation #40

Resources such as http://wiktionary.dbpedia.org/page/cactus-English do not make 
it clear which pronounciation scheme is being used... this can be fixed by 
making the language tag "en-fonipa"

Minor, but also easy to fix ;)
