SQL not RDF #60

The file at 
galoes.org/wals-vm41-20120806.sql.zip 
is a database SQL file, is this what it is supposed to be?
I think that it is supposed to be rdf file, is this right?

this is an SQL dump of the WALS db. There is no rdf dump.

I know that, but to do with this DB dump?

The dump is mainly there for Martin Brümmer, who was in charge of the 
conversion in June. Mohamed would probably have no use for this file right now. 
I might have the time to create an RDF dump next week, but this is not sure
