What steps will reproduce the problem?

bash pellet.sh lint -v glottolog.owl > glottolog.owl.log

how to install and run Pellint.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The output debugging file is attached.

does not have a type triple, and this is not allowed.

Add a rdf:type triple for the URI

As far as I can see, the dublin core people do provide the necessary 
information, and in any case I have no access to their servers.
I appreciate your help, but a bit more context (=longer answers) would 
certainly help me in understanding what you are trying to say
