Bug description:

The predicate  http://www.glottolog.org/ontologies/glottologhyperlect
is not declared in The glottolog ontology 

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Using jena eyeball (http://code.google.com/p/mlode/wiki/DebuggingOntologies):
./eyeball.sh -check dyir1241.rdf -assume owl dc http://xmlns.com/foaf/spec/ 
http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core# http://purl.org/dc/terms/  glottolog.owl > 
glottologTestResult.log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Eyeball output last line:
