Should ask Sebastian Nordhoff if he can inquire what the license/status of the 
data is, since he said he was going to for the IDS data from MPI-EVA, anyway.

Licensing situation is more complicated for numerals as Eugene Chang from Hong 
Kong is the maintainer. I do not know Eugene personally, so we would have to go 
via a middleman. I will ask HJ about this.
