yes, but no dump available. Conneg is not working, but RDF can be accessed via 
explicit URIs, e.g. http://wold.livingsources.org/vocabulary/19.rdf

- What should we do with the data set (convert to RDF, review quality of
RDF, fix RDF , interlink with other data set, provide hosting)
