Prefixed subject enclosed in angel brackets

All triples subjects' contained in the new dump are enclosed in angel brackets 
<...> even when it is represented using a prefix for example the triple:   
<languoid:prot1249> glottolog:sublanguoid languoid:prot1240.
should be:
languoid:prot1249 glottolog:sublanguoid languoid:prot1240. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
