Making it easier to use 3rd party modules. #29

Hi, I love the idea of being able to find 3rd party AngularJS modules, but I've realized that modifying their behavior (without touching their source code) is a serious limitation in AngularJS.

Would you please read and provide input on my proposed API to help remove the limitation in many cases? https://github.com/angular/angular.js/issues/6950
