In the DG, UC19 does not cover the case where an exam is not selected yet.

Thank you for your report.

As the screenshot of UC19 shows, step 1 of UC19 mentions that an exam is to be selected, eliminating the possibility that an exam is not selected yet. There is also an inclusion of UC15 if a reader wishes to find out more about selecting an exam.

Therefore, we do not think this report is a cause for concern.
