App allows duplicate matriculation number #2

I added a student, and then added another student with the same details but with a different email address. This works as mentioned in the UG, but I find it odd that a duplicate matric number is allowed. This seems just as important as email address as a unique identifier for a student.

Team's Response

Thank you for your report. While we recognize that the lack of duplicate validation for student ID matric is a legitimate issue, it has already been mentioned in our planned enhancements section in the DG. We have included our rationale for not having enough time for its implementation along with how we intend to implement it. Hence, we feel that this bug report should be rejected along with the guidelines in the textbook.
