Allow name and town files to be overridden at the command line, and add data files for the UK. (Also, don't hard-code "USA" on the character sheet - make that a CLI option too.

Yeah, this one's mainly for me. :-)

The ONS has given name data, and this might work for family names.

BTW, would you object if I did some code refactoring and reformatting? I'm thinking of using black for a start - I use it on all of my projects.

No problem. Hopefully I wont take a vim hatchet to it by accident.
