Drops support for RSpec2. Maintaining RSpec2 support in new rspec2-stable branch

Since this branch is likely no longer maintained (:cry: :rose: RIP Jim), I'm hoping to work on maintaining support for RSpec-Given in my fork of this repo. Please migrate issues/PRs against my branch as you can.

@plukevdh, you should coordinate with @searls & @dougalcorn. They can push rspec-given to rubygems.org.
