Nix shell #63

relates to: #59

Adds a nix-shell to help nixos users to use madcad or to contribute to madcad.

This is step towards resolving #59 but in my opinion to fully resolve #59 some documentation should added.

made a small addition to .gitignore to improve dev ex by reducing noise from git status

I didn't had much time past days, sorry Well This seems ok, even though I do not fully understand that nix file ;)
