Hi, I'm on the firmware version 13.1.0, I updated the firmware several times offline and I want to restore a backup made waaaaay back. I get this error when im starting the backup. There is any way to fix this or is my switch blocked from entering online forever? Thanks

@shchmue could this commit of yours probably fix this issue and maybe issue #40 ?

Just stumbled across this and noticed that https://github.com/shchmue/Lockpick_RCM was mentioned as a source and you are listed as a contributor. This made me look into your latest release.

Also, @jimzrt do you still wish to maintain this project? You have not replied to issues for a while.

If the project is abandoned, would someone more proficient than me, be interested in forking this? This way less proficient people can contribute pull requests that are looked over by people with more expertise before being put in use and potentially doing harm.

Another idea would be to "merge" (not necessarily git merge) Lockpick_RCM and Incognito_RCM and just provide all functions in one payload. Not sure if you would be interested in that though, @shchmue. What are your thoughts on that?

probably needs an update for compatibility yeah, and yes the built in atmosphere support is safer. considering this user has already blanked their prodinfo though they will probably need to carefully restore the backup manually

pepper-jk commented 2 years ago

So a new user, with intact prodinfo, should check out the icognito support built into atmosphere mentioned in #40 instead? Got it. Thanks for the help.

So there would probably not be any need to continue this separat project unless one would want to access prodinfo at boot time, correct? However, this might be necessary sometimes due to og FW updates right?

I have the same issue using the lastest version. The error is "Unkown pkg1 Version". Does anybody know how to fix it? I guess we need to look into the source code
