pipenv: app.py: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'jina'

Describe problem

1. Install cookiecutter
2. cookiecutter gh:jina-ai/cookiecutter-jina
3. pipenv install -r requirements.txt
4. pipenv shell
5. python app.py index

Returns error message ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'jina'

Why happening?

No idea. jina[devel] is in `requirements.txt

pipenv graph | grep jina returns jina==0.3.2

Environment

• This is after cleaning up a lot of old pipenvs
• Thus had to create a new one for this cookiecutter'ed project
• All worked okay before
• Even running pipenv install jina doesn't seem to do anything
• Jina is also installed on system outside of pipenv. Both are 0.3.2
• which jina shows /home/alexcg/.local/bin/jina, so it's not seeing the pipenv one

WTF? After running pipenv clean and then redo'ing pipenv install -r requiements.txt it's all fixed (seemingly)
