Filter selection disappears with back button

Bug Report

Using the return button in the browser and then re-entering the Hub explore breaks the image filters.

Scenario

• Click on 'Explore' section in the Hub overview

• Select a filter (filter becomes highlighted with a blue box)

• Click the back button in the browser

• Enter 'Explore' again

• The filter is still stuck on the old filtering but the blue outline around selected filters is gone

Expected result

The filters should:

• stay applied but the blue outline indicating the selection needs to persist after the user left and came back to the page.

• be possible to deselect. The user should be able to deselect the filter and return to the original view

Actual result (what happens now)

The filter selection disappears and therefore the user has no idea which field has been selected
