Current Behvaiour:
On the home tab, whenever a card is clicked, the new "outside" link opens in the same tab.
Clicking on any of these cards leads us to a new link outside of the project.
Expected Behaviour:
Whenever an outside link is clicked, it should open up in a new tab.
