serve discoart on native Windows #150

Would it be technically possible for us to serve DiscoArt on native Windows?

I tried to serve on Windows and while it doesn't throw error, I don't think gunicorn works with Windows 🍡

either WSL or docker. no-native support for Windows. Reason: upstream Jina & DocArray. Can we remove them? No.
