Migrate: fashion search to Jina 3

Introduction

Now that Jina 3 has been released we need to migrate our old examples to new code base. This should be relatively straightforward - there aren't too many breaking changes between 2.x and 3.0.

Prerequisites

• Basic understanding of how Jina, DocArray work
• Bonus: understanding of Streamlit (the framework for the frontend)
