Create a function for serializing data #10

For the current Jina version.

create a .serialize _request function which grabs jina version and picks the function appropriate for the version
jinajs.do_something() takes endpoint, either a list of files OR a full JSON request
returns a custom object type of matches OR raw JSON

hint: there should be input as strings, files, ... the output would be serialized request body
