lc-serve app updates fail for apps running for >7days #102

We have an existing issue in jcloud for private images which fails app updates after 7days, as tokens are not refreshed. This is to be handled on the cloud side. This issue is a tracker.

This has been fixed. FYI @aiswaryasankar - this caused an issue with the app update for you, and should be resolved now.
