Remove markdown code block image

Removes the markdown code syntax and replaced it with a visible block example within the markdown file. This is easier to maintain and makes use of supported markdown syntax.

I just realised that with markdown as the syntax in the outer code block, some editors will still shown the syntax highlighting. Changing this to text should remove any colour highlighting. Please adjust as required if you would like this contribution.
