Low priority again, negotiate with Frank and see if we can get another student working on this.

Brought this up via email with Frank. Asked him for:

1) His input

2) Contact details of a pediatrician with interest in this matter

Ok cool, let me know what he says. Instead of using Ashley, we can always use one of the people who applied for fluoride (of which there are 10 in total)

Frank updated me on this:

1) Speak to a guy called Mo Diddy (yes his real name). Need to get his email on Monday.

2) Still need to draft up the proposal.
