[Minor cosmetic] Downloading spams notifications #12

While downloading and decompressing the notification gets refreshed in a way, that my phone is jingling constantly. Using https://github.com/mablue/SherpaOnnxTtsEngineAndroid/releases/download/1.24.040114/app-release.apk On Graphene OS 13, Pixel 4a
