DialogSettings.xml uses wrong style #101

It should match style of, e.g., DialogSelect.

This dialog is used, for example, by Set Content, and Video/Audio settings during playback.

Hmm, the existing style would probably be fine provided that the OK and Cancel buttons were moved to the bottom.
