DialogSettings needs to fade when DialogAddonSettings is up #127

When in the Set Content dialog for a source, the information provider Settings dialog (DialogAddonSettings) overlaps the Set Content dialog (DialogSettings).

Just need to fade DialogSettings whenever DialogAddonSettings is up.
