Most buttons in both SmartPlaylistEditor.xml and SmartPlaylistRule.xml were converted to regular "button" controls #129

SmartPlaylistEditor.xml: Controls with ids 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23

SmartPlaylistRule.xml: Controls with ids 15, 16

Button ID 19 shouldn't be a button, I don't think. I am not sure why they changed it from a togglebutton to a button. Asked in https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/10594
