I have two Kodi setups both using Win10 64bit- Main HTPC and Office/testing pc
I have installed Metropolis on both. There seems to be a problem with displaying the fanart/landscape panel in the ListFanart view. A second problem, which I believe is related, is no poster is displayed on the Video Playback OSD ( I have made the edit shown in this thread... https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=362740 )
On my HTPC when using ListFanart, there is no landscape/fanart panel displayed as shown in this screenshot. I have scrolled through approx 400 movies in my library and none display the panel. This also applies to TV Show and Season ListFanart, but not episode listings
On my Office/Testing pc, some movies show the fanart panel, and for those that do, it will also display the video playback OSD poster. Both pc's access the same movies across an SMB network. While the office PC will display the panel, the HTPC will not display the panel for the exact same movie.
I have copied across the settings.xml file for the skin from the office pc to the htpc , hoping there may have been a setting that may be causing the issue. But there was no change to the display.
My movies are a mix of predominately m2ts, mkv, with a few mp4. All my media has local artwork using short name convention.
I am at a loss as I cannot figure out what is causing the issue.
