Metropolis 4.2.0 for Kodi 21 (Omega) #174

This is the intended initial release for Kodi 21, unless anyone objects.

MacGyverr, DialogVideoVerson seems to have changed during the development of Kodi 21. With that exception, everything you expect to be present should be. I have cleaned up the commits a bit, but I'm fairly certain I've captured your original intent.

I'll release it into the wild after I hear back from you.

You had renamed the "Mosaic Purple" directory to "Mosaic-Purple". I have no objection to that, but I genuinely don't understand why?
