Either to replace or offer as an alternative to the currently thick-black-border design.

Replace normal frame with new one and remove the overriden frames in Steampunk theme.

Alter colors of the Steampunk theme a bit (hybrid of Leather and Steampunk) and make it the new default theme.

Make old frame style a configurable option.
