Run without Kinect sensor #2

Hey man, how to run your demo without kinect sensor? I tried to start, but saw a black screen (only the menu on the screen)

Ah I have tightly integrated my system to use the RGB and depth maps from the Kinect. I don't think you can visualize anything meaningful without at least a radiance map present, which I'll see if I have some time to modify the code.
