Already mentioned in the UG that you need to have an existing review before you can edit it (shown in the blue box)

Reason for disagreement: The intended purpose of this bug report was not to criticise the documentation but more so about the design of this particular feature. Would it not be better for the user to be able to edit the rating and review even if one is not added yet coming from an end user's perspective? In essence editing it would also somewhat be considered "adding a review".
UG states that edit-item can be used to update existing items.
But when i attempt to edit an item, it tells me that there is no review to edit and requires users to add a review first.
This is submitted as a feature flaw as it doesn't always do what is intended, I believe users should be able to edit descriptions or ratings even if there is none given yet for both edit-stalls and edit-item.
