Better init data file formats

Must easier to write than json.

Consider:

• yamlbeans
  • made by the people that created kryo
  • class requirement is similar to kryo: no-args, private field access
  • DOES NOT SUPPORT GENERIC OBJECT LISTS
• toml4j
  • spec is great
  • however, implementation looks immature (random dep on Gson wtf)
  • DOES NOT LOOK GOOD WITH NESTED OBJECTS
• config (HOCON)
  • json superset
  • easy to write
  • can leverage something like Gson to convert to java objects (since HOCON produces valid json tree)

This could be a bearable temporary solution until the custom level editor is (maybe) finished

Json is good enough for now, all these other options are either poorly supported or not justified for an additional library
