Is Flann in JavaCV? I was looking at cv and cvcore and didn't find them

cxflann does not provide a C interface. It's quite hard to use C++ in another 
language. It usually involves wrapping the C++ code inside an interface in C 
first. I am waiting for somebody in the OpenCV team to realize that, by wanting 
to use it in Python or something, and to include a C interface in OpenCV, which 
I will happily support.

I think the C interface should be shared by users of other languages, not just 
Java. So, post an issue on their bug tracker, thank you.

Actually, the latest version of JavaCV does have an interface for the OpenCV 
portion of flann. Changing to fixed
