Shift UP Problem #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached model
2. Edit
3. Shift UP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want that ALL pixels "shifts up", but only some pixels move.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64
Sproxel 0.6
