Favourites window opens even if there are no favourite contacts
To replicate: Ensure there are no favourite contacts. Type "fw" in the command box. Reason: There should be a warning/error message displayed saying that there are no favourite contacts.

True, but there is no reason for showing an warning/error message because opening up the Favourites window with no favourited client is not a bug.

Problem: The FAQ in the table of contents is only a static text with the same colour as the rest of the valid links. Lack of navigability in an uncommonly accessed segment of the UG warrens only a low severity.
