Visium HD support #182

Would there be a plan to support Visium HD anytime soon?

I have the same question. It looks like optimal parameters need to be figured out for Visium HD.

I was able to go through a few steps, by setting conversion.factor = 1 and spot.size = 8, However, I don't think the result is reasonable when using the following parameters to identify interactions. computeCommunProb(data, type = "truncatedMean", trim = 0.1, distance.use = TRUE, interaction.length = 200, scale.distance = 0.01)
