不要在国内的VPS安装使用, 因为访问不了github

是国外的vps，也是提示连接不上。设置了dns64也还是连接不上

把服务器DNS 改成 google 8.8.8.8 的或cloudflare 的DNS 1.1.1.1

在服务器上 用wget https://github.com/m3ng9i/ran/releases/download/v0.1.6/ran_linux_amd64.zip 测试是否能访问

也是不行，很神奇。本身就已经设置了nameserver的，也重启过了。
