BuildingMoreDense Suggestion: add another ModifyRatio #41

Not all buildings need the ModifyRatio to be too small.

Make it two groups. Something like:

ModifyRatio1 = 0.6
BuildingsIDs1 = Buildings like miners here

ModifyRatio2 = 0.2
BuildingsIDs2 = Buildings like Splitter here
