Change in soil file format in the new SC:
You should change the first row of your soil file:
E.g.
old soil: -0.033,-1.5,0.2,5.33,400,10,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,3,1,1,(11,1,10) note:11 is number of soil layers
to
new soil: -0.033,-1.5,0.2,5.33,400,10,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,3,1,1,(11,0,1,0)
The number of canopy layers (the last digit in the old soil) is not an input anymore (has been hardwired as a parameter)
