Do IMSDroid support Audio/Video phone? #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When I call a Video phone,I find that this is only audio phone,not video 
phone.
2.WHY?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Make sure you have pressed video call button instead of audio. Please see the 
network trace.

But I click Send Video button of menu,I can not see image of remote party,I 
only see my image
