The correct way is config.i18n.fallbacks, without capitalized 'i' in 'i18n'

Your pull request is not very clear, what features/changed are made?

I think you should split this into multiple pull request & rebase current jipiboily on master

master is mostly up to date with latest pull requests merged. I would love to add redactorjs if there is a specific pull request :) ! Thanks
