Is there any parameters to adjust the distance between F1c and B1c? #1

I need primers satisfies [position_B1c - position_F1c > 50]. Is there any parameters to adjust the distance between F1c and B1c?

Hi, now GLAPD doesn't have the parameter to adjust the distance between F1c and B1c. Please send an E-mail to chenmodexiaoxi@126.com, I would add the parameter to a specific version for you.
