[JENKINS-22219] Publish over CIFS complains that field is empty, but actually it is filled out AND WORKS! #36

Plugin configuration always complains that CIFS share is needed ("Required. Cannot contain < & ' " \") but actually the name is given. It seems there is a bug in the field validation, i. e. it does not really check whether something is provided.

This worked in LTS 1.509, but only happens since I upgraded to LTS 1.532.2!

I suspected maybe some javascript errors but did not find any in my browser console.

I have fixed this in the most recent release I believe.
