Update deprecated methods/classes in PageFetcher #302

Currently we are using deprecated methods in PageFetcher:
PoolingClientConnectionManager
DefaultHttpClient
HttpParams
BasicHttpParams
HttpProtocolParamBean
etc

We need to change them to more up to date classes / methods
