Make some modification to support SMTP authentication

I have made some modification, now it support SMTP authentication, do you need 
it? you can merge it into main trunk.
it is based on release version 1.30.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. support ESMTP authentication so can support by most Online EMail provider.
2. Support Export Button at the Main Error Send Dialog
3. Support Auto save dumping files at local hard disk for later manually copy .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I want to provide the source code to you.

What version of CrashRpt are you using?
1.30
What is your version of Visual Studio?
VS2008
What is your version of Windows operating system?
Winxp Sp3
