Several UserEmail and ProblemDescription elements in crashrpt.xml #144

Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Add email and description to the error report
2. Change focus between email and description
3. Send the report

In crashrpt.xml are several elements UserEmail and Description. expected is one 
element of each.

I use version 1.3.0 of crashrpt.
VS: Visual Studio 2010
OS: Windows 7
