Probably xcmc.h header was deprecated and removed from VS2012.

Today I tried build 
Crashrpt with Windows 8 SDK and I found the CMC functions were removed 
in the new SDK. I'm wondering Crashrpt dev team have any plan porting 
to Windows 8 SDK?
