Also add your x64 version of dbghelp.dll to the distributed file #199

When downloading the crashrpt distribution, under 'thirdparty' there is a 
dbghelp folder with the libs for amd64 but not the corresponding DLL. Please 
add the ones you have here too, since it is a nightmare to find 6.11 of the x64 
DLL... (I haven't been able to locate it).

Hello ...
I m trying to use crashrpt library for MFC 64bit appplication.
i m unable to track any kind of exceptions througth report.i have downloaded 
the svn trunk code and complied for 64 release profile.

and in code.
i have did like as MFC demo which is given for example of crashrpt...

is there any settings which i missing so that i m unable to get reports.
