Let the user decide whether to send a screenshot or not #225

When the user watches the details of the report to be sent, she should have the 
ability to toggle sending of (possible) private informations like screenshots. 
The memorydump should always be sent.

I would split the Details window in an upper and lower part with each having a 
listview. The first one containing the required, non-options report 
informations like screenshots, logfiles, file that was open in the app at the 
moment of the crash.

The lower listview contains optional informations the user can uncheck and 
exclude from the report.
